Hotels do not offer kitchenettes with microwaves and large fridges stocked with bottled water and juices, DVD players, balcony's, wireless internet in their standard rooms or even in their deluxe rooms. WE Do!!!

Our rentals start at 1,000 baht for a 42 sq.m. condo with kitchenette, large fridge, tv, dvd player, balcony and free transfers. Pool and fitness centre are within walking distance and the location is close to Night Bazaar.

If you want pool and fitness in the condo complex you can select our executive condo that is 45 sq. m. for only 1,700 baht/night minimum 7 day.

And if it is a large 1 bedroom with 42 inch HD TV with surround sound, dining table, and kitchen at 92 sq. m. then our rental rate is 2,400 baht/night.

If you want luxury that you want then go with our 2 bedroom 2 bath Twin Peaks condo at 90 sq. m. and 3 TV's (2 HD) and 3 a/c with Japanese restaurant on site, fitness, sauna and great location within walking distance of Night Bazaar and Loi Kroh rd.

Condo Accommodations - Short Term

If you are staying longer term we would recommend a Condo. The price is less than a comparably equipped hotel and your condo will be larger than a standard hotel room, and likely include kitchenette so you can cook up a meal or a snack whenever you like, private balcony, fitness centre and more...

Give us 1 month advance notice of when you will arrive and we will provide you with a quote with photo's if they are available. Generally the condo booked for at least 3 months will be about 70-75% LESS than the cost of a hotel room. Take that into consideration as well as the fact that you may have kitchenette, mini fridge, health club, fitness, pool, hi speed internet in room and possibly dvd... and then you know why many of our clients prefer a condo to a hotel room.


Condo Accommodations - Long Term

Not Recommended for either short or long stays.

IF someone is coming here on a budget then a guest house or a budget apartment are your choices. We prefer the budget apartments.
