There appear to be quite a number of guest houses in Chiang Mai. Guest houses come in all sorts of shapes and sizes and even prices.

We do no recommend guest houses as accommodations to our clients or visitors. Reason being is that we can often find accommodations that provide better value be it hotel specials, budget apartments and even value priced condo's.

But there is an exception to every rule. The one exception is MDR Guest House. This is a classy house that provide much more than an ordinary guest house. First class living and being pampered rather than doing without as is the case in most guest houses. MDR Boutique Hotel and Luxury Guest House

If you want a room without air conditioning and to stay somewhere without a pool that is up to you. At times we can find better for about the same price or just a tad more.
