There appear to be quite a number of guest houses in Chiang Mai. Guest houses come in all sorts of shapes and sizes and even prices.
Generally, we do no recommend guest houses as accommodations to our clients or visitors. Reason being is that we can often find accommodations that provide better value be it hotel specials, budget apartments and even value priced condo's.
But there is an exception to every rule.
We have recommended a guesthouse to our clients that can provide accommodations for up to 10 people and also breakfasts and transfers and in a peaceful location yet only minutes from Night Bazaar and Loi Kroh area.
The ownership changed hands and also owners and prices change we suggest that anyone interested in better, larger accommodations compared to hotel rooms and yet lower priced just email us with the number of people in your party and your arrival and departure dates and we will check out availability and compare prices and get you the best accommodations at the best prices.
