Condo Descripton:
A large (45 sqm) studio apartment in a quiet, well-managed block near the city centre. The condo has recently been redecorated and newly furnished. The solid wooden parquet floor has been recently re-varnished.
It is provided with a range of amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible, including a kitchenette with toaster, electric kettle, cutlery and crockery, refrigerator and microwave oven. It is provided with a TV, double bed, bed linen, towels, lined curtains, internal telephone, small portable washing machine and hot shower in the newly refurbished modern bathroom.

The funny thing is when you look at the rates you are quoted they appear to be regular rates. Let's do some math. They advertise up to 50-70% Savings so if a 3 star hotel room was priced at $40 U.S. you should be able to receive it for $12-20 U.S. Well according to my math anyways.
But when I take a look at their hotel rates not one is at $12-20 U.S. for a 3 star hotel.
So how on earth do they get away with this type of False Advertising?
Is there one day a year that One hotel room is offered at this Savings price? Because of all the times I have tried to book over the net when I have seen these gimmicky promised savings I have NEVER seen myself getting a savings of what they advertise. How about you?

We will get you accommodations equivelant to 4-5 star hotel accommodations for only 1,850 baht a night. I did a survey of 4-5 star hotels in Chiang Mai and found that the average price they are currently charging is 2,918 baht a night. Our rate is only 1,850 baht and therefore a savings of 36.6 % over the average 4 star hotel rate.
The longer you stay the more you save and for a monthly stay the savings adds up to 70% of what you would pay for a hotel room without many of the extras we include.
Our accommodations are not 4 star hotels but rather privately owned Executive Condo's equivelant to 4-5 star hotel accommodations, with swimming pool, restaurants, fitness centre on site, hi speed wireless internet available in room, fridge with free bottled water, 21-42" TV, A/C, microwave, toaster, shower and bathtub and your own private balcony, and even a half dozen DVD movies for you to watch.
Now there are a few conditions, and here they are:
1/ We ask that you book at least 2 months in advance and provide a deposit of 5k baht which serves as a security deposit and is returned to you at the end of your stay.
2/ You stay a minimum of 7 nights. If you stay a month or longer a deposit of 1 months rent is required as a security deposit and it will be returned when you check out provided nothing is missing.
Our condo's are privately owned condo's in several of the most prestigous condo complexes in all of Chiang Mai. The locations are excellent and they are near malls, shopping and nightlife. So there you have it.
